ABOUT ME
I’m Eliya.
For a long time, I believed certain things just weren’t for me. I wasn’t “athletic,” I wasn’t naturally talented, and I didn’t see myself as “that kind of person”.
That changed in my mid-thirties - not because I suddenly found talent, but because I finally had the right kind of support.
I learned that strength, confidence, and capability aren’t things you’re born with. They’re things you build.
And getting stronger doesn’t just change your body - it changes how you move through your life.
You stop hesitating.
You trust yourself more.
You start doing things you used to avoid.
That experience shaped how I approach both training and coaching.
You don’t need confidence to start.
You build it by showing up and getting stronger.
Today I’m a certified personal trainer (ISSA), nutrition coach (PN L1), health coach (PN L2), and health mindset coach (HMCC L2).
More than anything, I care about helping people feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies so they can actually live the way they want to.

Length: 3 months
Format: 1:1 coaching
Includes: 10 personalized sessions
A plan built specifically for you
Ongoing support and adjustments
Investment: $600 total
Session 1: Foundation & Plan
We get clear on your goals, starting point, schedule, and what’s been holding you back.
Then I build your personalized plan.
Sessions 2-10: Coaching
Each session is tailored to what will move you forward.
That can include:

Guided workouts (gym or home)

Learning how to train with confidence

Program adjustments
-
Building consistency around a busy life

Nutrition and recovery support
-
Working through mental blocks
Some sessions will be training.
Some will be strategy.
All of them move you forward.
